The site looks great,  but I think the Flash is overdone.  It’s too slow loading and I think you’ll lose visitors because of that.  The majority of the design impact of the site can be achieved just as well with CSS/XHTML and minor jQuery,  and that would ensure quicker load times and a faster demonstration of what’s a great design.

I agree.  Maybe I ought to include this site as part of a post I’m going to write on the soon-to-be siteInspire blog suggesting Flash sites that really should be done in HTML/JS…
