Unique,  but a bit annoying to look at.  I like the idea,  and it’s put together well,  but I hate having to search for content (unless I’m using a search function)...

Accessibility nightmare.  Without Javascript the thing is unnavigable.  Horizontal scroll is rather obnoxious too,  especially for those on smaller monitors.
