Site looks lovely -  designed by Jesse Bennett I believe -  only thing that slightly decreases the look is the use of text instead of an image for ‘Making the world’s finest pianos for over 150 years’.  The browser renders it really clunkily.  Cufon/image instead?

Get a mac,  text looks fine.
