I like it but I don’t see why it has to be made in Flash.

Looks good,  what is wrong with using Flash?  I know about the SE indexation in this role.  Wait for HTML5 or use XHTML for a re/design in this?

Inaccessible,  bad text anti-aliasing,  SEO,  iphones ect.  ect. 

There’s ton’s of reasons.  Nice site though.  I don’t think the flash use is a problem for your intended audience tbh.

Text size is rather too small,  and contrast is low.  It hurts your eyes trying to read it.  I understand the minimalist approach,  but it’s not readable.  There is no discrimination between the navigation and content typography.  The content grid is decent.  This could be easily done in XHTML/CSS for layout and jQuery for content and xml consumption.  Not that I’m against Flash,  but there’s nothing here that needs Flash.
