Why is that bad karma Erwin?  He’s credited the author of the theme in the source,  and doing him a favour in making it look nicer…

No theft at all,  author makes the theme available to everyone.  Figure out how many sites are using themes,  there’s nothing bad about that.  Everyone,  remix it!
